Either this genie hadn't been doing this long or no one had asked his name before. Either way, the question seemed to throw him of and Hook approved. He liked throwing people off, it gave him the advantage.
The name he was supplied did throw him off a bit. It was rather...plain for a magical being. But he could deal with it and to be honest... he liked it.
